Next day delivery, very impressed. the phone is very good from the speaker quality perspective, can hear everyone crystal clear. People listening to me say the sound is ok, better than a normal multi purpose speaker phone. overall very happy. a doddle to set up and use.

Very good sound, extremely good quality.
Delivery within 3 days, as promised.
Given the high standard of the product, I would have expected to have the headset included in the package, as opposed to having to purchase it separately (I would have appreciated the option to add it in my original purchase, to avoid having to look for the appropriate model and incur additional delivery costs).
