Although Polycom say that these extra mics are only needed in really large rooms, our experience has been that if people routinely use keyboards during con calls, or there are people who mumble, these can really help the other end to hear. Our room is only about 15' x 12'
Plug 'em in and they just work. No adjustments needed. Regards Derek Roberts
