I bought this phone after reading other reviews for this model. I was not dissapointed at all. But as others have said, make sure your phone point is near a mains socket or do not buy this model. I set up the basics very quick and then downloaded my mobile phone sim card to it (unplug your phone during this). It changed all my +44 numbers to 0 for land line use. I can now see names against the caller number. I have even changed ringing tones for friends and family to identify them easier still. From a choice of traditional and polyphonic tones, there are plenty to choose from. Hands free is very good. Nice and clear, far better than some I have used.
