BT Converse 1300 Grey review

I bought the phone for my new business and connected it to a VOIP service (Vonage). Delivery time was great and the phone does the job. Clear display, decent sized buttons, and it looks like a business phone. The speakerphone isn't bad; obviously not as clear as a Polycom but for the price no complaints. Would recommend.

I recently purchased two BT Converse 1300 Grey telephones and much to my amazement when I plugged them in I was able to communicate with people ALL around the world.
Initially didn't want to risk damaging the BT Converse 1300 Telephone so I just rang a neighbor and that seemed to work OK. I kept the call short and informed them that Mary Had a Little Lamb, not that they were particularly impressed but they got the message - amazing!
After plucking up a bit more courage I used the BT Converse 1300 Telephone to make a call to someone in a phone box in the village. Sure enough they got the message!
I know they were telling the truth because when they came round afterwards I asked them exactly what I had said. Here reply was 'Mary Had a Little Lamb' Incredible!
By now my confidence level was at its peak and I thought go for it, so I rang DEFRA and gave them the same message as my previous two callers.
Unfortunately they just came round with a bolt gun looking for my pet sheep.
This did spoil things a little but thanks to the BT Converse 1300 Telephone we all had a great laugh and a cup of tea.
I do hope this review of the fantastic BT Converse 1300 Telephone will help you to decide to purchase one too. If not, at least you can have a laugh and a cup of tea and maybe even a cream scone as well.
