Phone seems great now that I have had someone in to show me how to work it. It only has a very short handbook with it ( due, it said, to BT's green policy) but I am not at all technologically minded so had to get a young computer whizz in to show me how to record my own message etc.. Additionally the ring tones are a bit daft. I would have much preferred the option of a normal ring rather than the rather weird ones it came with. All in all, now its working am quite happy.

I was after a good phone for by office at home and was recommended this phone. So far it has been excellent and I have no complaints at all. For the price I think it is good value for money.
