All the features this phone has combined with the price make it a must have phone. I have had digital phones for years now and this is the best phone i have ever had, and would recommend it to anyone. angel

i have got the IDECT X3I AND AM VERY PLEASED WITH IT AND THE AFTER SALES HELP AS WELL

Worked straight from the box - soon had it hooked up to my system even though it is a different make. Despite no instructions it was easy to operate.
Bad points Can't get to change the date or time! A bit disconcerting when you look at missed calls, but then for the price, what the heck!

Good points
The handset is very easy to operate and has a good last number dialled/received facility, along with favourite name option.
Bad points Took several attempts to pair with home base unit, even though I followed the manual religiously. Also, was unable to change the unit's screen background as it only has two options - one of which is illegible to me because of my type of colour blindness. Other thoughts Would certainly recommend using Ligo again for my purchases.
