The phone was delivered quickly. Thank you. The help discovering the model number was also helpful as I was extending my existing phones. The phone did not come with instructions nor did it have the two rechargable batteries included.

Panasonic KX-TGA 820 additional handset,

I bought the Panasonic KX-TG 8220 cordless phone some months ago and decided to purchase the additional handset because I was so impressed with it. Making calls and storing numbers are easy; both phones indicate whether a message has been left and whether calls have been missed and the volume can be increased, if required. I would recommend both these models. Only disappointment: they are not wall-mountable, but I've overcome this by designing a mount for the 8220 cordless phone for myself.

KX-TGA in use.,

Excellent product, apart from lack of alternate ring tones, and volume increase of same.ie, not loud enough on max. Personal gripe.... when are they going to make a handset that feels comfortable in your hand.
