Average Customer Review:   Customers Reviews Pros and Cons of BT Elements Pros: Easy to set up. I already had a base until and 1 handset. It was easay to se up the new handsets to my existing base Unit. Handsfree lets me answer the phone and work at the same time. Transfer facility useful Auto Answer facility a good idea for the kitchen. Cons: Volume on ear peice not always loud enough. Range not as good as I had hoped - I still have to try and raise the base unit. Unable to make a call and use the handsfree facility (unless I transfer the call while it is riging out) Unable to pull out handsfree from its charger easily.
