Good points
Brilliant phone with good range, sound quality and battery life.
Bad points Head set is a very bad design for people with small ears and hangs down loose and away from the ear (no way to adjust the ear piece to make it fit) so sound quality and volume is lost. Other thoughts I would have paid a little bit more for an ear piece that was more adjustable for people with small heads and ears.
