Fantastic quick service. Just wish BT would design software so you can delete from master and that then transmits to all handsets. Other than that very happy with this set, just like using a mobile phone so very easy to set up!!!

Phones look better in reality than they do in the picture.
Small footprint. Handsets are nice and compact, the slide feature protects the keypad from little fingers. Good reception and sound quality. Menu easy to navigate and follow. Nice clear colour screen and base unit and be placed out of the way as no one handset is tied to it.

The BT aqua has so far lived up to my expectations. The menu is clear and easy to follow (Even without reading the instructions!) my 16yr old set it up - so again easy. The clarity of speech is good and it is easy to hear the caller. I did think that we should have recieved a multi pack - I have three base stations that are redundant.

The display is clear and easy to folllow and the overall appearance of the phone is great. It is small and neat and fits easily and discreetly on shelves etc. So far none of the phones have gone missing. its design encourages you to put it back on the base. I like being able to call other phones in the house without having to shout to the kids. A great if pricy phone

Good points easy to use and set up

Bad points no quick dial number so that you can press 1 number and it will dial a friend or relative quickly if needing help, this is something that you find available on cheaper phones

Other thoughts

would have liked a black wallpaper so that at night the clock was not shown as it lights up too brightly at night
