I've been using this phone for about 10 days. From the start it was obvious we were going to get along.
Very easy menu system. I can access everything form the handset with great ease. Don't need the manual.
Nice stylish design. Really can't fault it. Well done BT! Great price too.

I needed a phone for conferencing and taking notes. This works very well for hands free - except that I havent worked out how to dial out and use the headset without the recipient of the call getting the transfer music.

Otherwise, easy to start up and easy to use.

Fed up with an aching neck from cradling the receiver under my chin every time I had to talk and type, I went in search of a handsfree solution to making amends to documents on my computer direct from clients over the phone. My old corded phone had a handsfree facility, but it was like talking inside a biscuit tin. The BT Diverse 5450 Wireless Combo is a great solution. Worth every penny. I work at home and can now go downstairs for a coffee certain I wont miss any urgent calls as I can pick them up on the headset. And cricked necks are a thing of the past. The phone is good: clear sound, bags of features and the answer machine quality is good enough for a professional office environment - easy to use too. The speaker phone is also excellent – almost dont need the headset to talk handsfree.
The Plantronics C65 headset comes with 3 different wearing styles, and there are three sizes of ear loop options that will cover the range from small but perfectly formed to large wingnut size ears. Answering calls on the headset is easy – making calls requires you to dial on the handset and then transfer the call to the headset once connected, which caused a bit if fumbling and a couple of lost calls until I got the hang of it. Sound quality is good and the set is light, unobtrusive and comfortable to wear.
Had a search round the web and couldnt get anywhere near the LiGo price for this combination. Go get.

Poor sound quality on recorded out going message, but built in message O.K.
