Once I had placed my order I received emails giving me information about my order and it's expected delivery date, the phones arrived on time and I am thrilled with them. They are easy to use, and look very smart. To check any call you may have missed is simple, I normally had to dial 1471, with the M1 you just press a button and all your last calls are there for you to scroll through. The slider phone is a good idea as people mainly use the phonebook feature so why have the keyboard on show? another good feature is the simple ability to transfer a caller to your phonebook.

This must be the best purchase I have made in a long time. The item , iDECT M1 Quad , arrived within 2 days of ordering & the phones charged overnight. They have worked extremely well since arrival & I would recommend them to anyone considering replacing their phone(s). Not to be overlooked is the excellent service received from ligo. 5 Star rating for this online store.

What neat little phones. Comfortable to use but rings are a bit spooky! Apart from that they are stylish, user friendly and very easy to set up.

This item does everything it says it will, and well. Smart, good looking and handy, especially in the garden. Well recommended. Ligo despatched order promptly, so promptly it took me by surprise, well done the Ligo team. Would purchase from this retailer again, no worries.

Nice looking phone with lots of features. Headset was easy to register, following Ligos instructions. Sound quality is good. Battery life is good using Li-On cells

Great Design that's looks hi tech and very different to the normal affair.
Good Sound quality even on speaker phone. Nice size. Bad points Shape drops very easily out of your hand. Speaker phone although good is on the back of the handset so when using it you have to rest the phone upside down. A little too much plastic stopping it from feeling like a real quality product. Other thoughts Overall a definite worthwhile alternative for your money.

Compact and easy to use for basic functions, good reception and handy illumination
Bad points Selection of ring tones not very nice. Light when charging in bedroom at night (or can this be turned off and I haven't sussed it?

This is a lovely little trendy phone which I have found very easy to use. I have other idect phones and I have found nothing to fault the make. I find the screen easy to read in all lights and the sound quality is good and they look good too.

Attractive styling together with a compact but substantial feel.
Bad points Haven't found any yet - apart from not being able to prise the handsets from my wife and daughter! Other thoughts Personally, I feel that many portable telephones look the same nowadays. They sit there on their cradles looking for all the world like high tech house bricks! Not so the iDECT M1; more in appearance and use like a mobile phone's big brother. I congratulate myself on my choice!

Very good sound quality, nice style. best phone so far and I have had many.

Simple stylish and very easy to operate. Good instruction manual. Very clear tone.
Bad points Ring tones are a bit iffy! Numbers put into the memory of the main phone do not morph to the other two phones, they all need to be added manually. Other thoughts Dispite the bad points the good points win, these are great wee phones!
