Placed the order yesterday and it arrived before lunch today - and I live in Falmouth! Service doesn't come any better. The phones look really nice and were very easy to set up. I put the time and day into 1 phone and it told the others which I thought was pretty nifty. Sound quality is good and the reception is perfect all over the house. Ring tones are not the best but the cool screens make up for that. So far no probs but only had them for a day so cant comment on their longevity. One happy purchaser, would definately recommend. Brilliant value for money very clear sound. easy set up. good styling. call barring good idea with having children.if i got any compliants really its only about the ring tones could be better or even downloadable. Brilliant phone all round otherwise. Also like the idea of being able to add other handsets to. BRILL phone.

Great value phones which are very good quality in both build and use - nice & clear!! Not the phone for you if you have large hands and fingers as the buttons are tiny and it would have been useful to copy stored numbers to the other phones - hence 4 stars and not 5! Much better than the previous Panasonic system owned! Rose

a nice looking, smallish minimalist phone. Nice ringtone, navigation a bit fiddly (partly coz there's so much you can do with it! - keep the notes near your phone!) but a good buy. Very good signal. Glad I bought it.

Delighted with my iDECT X1, had to get help from my daughter to set up, but its neat easy to use and very good if you don't hear very well. I had it in days so delivery is quick.

stylish east to handle very pleased
Bad points unable to set caller display and retreive calls when out hard to understand Other thoughts maybe set up directions could be a little less complicated unable to comment on battery life as i have only started to use them
