Panasonic KX-TG 8122 with GN 9120 DG

Ligo were very helpful and gave good advice when we were initially looking for cordless phones and headsets. The phone and headset arrived the next day and were easy to set up and use. Although the GN Netcom 9120 headset instructions didn't seem great at first, it didn't take long to pair with the panasonic phone and the phone manual shows how to transfer a call to the headset once you've dialled out on your handset (which is simple once you've read the instructions).

We have been pleased with the phone and headset sound quality and other functions- we like the phone's night setting which allows you to set times when the phone ringer is automatically switched off. The answer machine is easy to use and we have no complaints with any aspect of the phone. We also have a fax on the same phone line which hasn't caused any problems.

The only thing I personally dislike about the headset are the wearing options- I find that the headband option is comfortable but the earhook is a bit too heavy and uncomfortable for me to use (especially compared to my mobile bluetooth headset which I hardly notice I have on).
