The telephone handset is really easy to set up, you really don't have to read much of the handbook. The headset works brilliantly and I can move around the building talking without change of call quality. The service from ligo was good, the headset came with a continental plug, I emailed them and 2 days later got a UK style plug. The added bonus is the hands free option on the handset, great for those long calls on hold to call centres!

Excellent, really pleased with purchase. Handsets are easy to use and clarity is very good. I am exceptionally pleased with the headset which makes my life so much easier. Great service from Ligo, would definitely use and again and have no problems in recommending them.

This was my second choice but the original product (iDEC) would not connect to the headset.

Ligo were very good about it and recommended this product instead which admittedly doesn't look so good but does work.

Headset and base connected first time with ease.

Its a shame there is no warning light on the base for when the headset is muted. The occasional warning bleep is easily drowned out on a busy conference call.

Other than that its hard to fault other than the looks of the base and handsets which are not particularly stylish.

The twin set pack with the handsfree headset met all expectations at a great price. The handsfree and poundsfree headset exceeded our expectations and has proved to be more than useful. The build quality is sufficiently rugged to give confidence that we will not need to replace for a good few years.

One of the easiest telephones to set up by far, I was able to do most of the set-up myself and referred to the manual just for registering the headset to the base station. The Panasonic phone has superb features, and although a bit hefty when compared to some fancy European brands it still remains quite easy to hold and use, the keys aren’t too sticky and are easy to manage. The number of minutes on the answer phone (40 mins!) is superb, perfect for use in my case at my surgery. The headset by all accounts is comfortable to wear and delivers excellent range and audio quality though on rare occasions the microphone picks up background noise. Combined with excellent service and prompt delivery from ligo, this altogether was a pleasant internet shopping experience.
