Good points Excellent reception quality, design, ease of use, easy-readable screen.

Bad points Buttons VERY sensitive. If you have sausage fingers like me, it's easy to stumble upon a screen or menu you weren't intending, because you pressed a little too heftily on one of the keys.

Other thoughts

If anything, there are too many functions to be able to use them all, but I suppose that's not a bad point. Still a great phone though.
