Bad points on the odd occassion the odd number button might get stuck down, but that will just teach you to press the button correctly rather than in a hazard manner at which I have only experinced the buttons getting stuck, no issue at all when it your own fault.

Other thoughts

I must admit i did put 'Ligo' through there paces regarding getting the right combination for my particular use, expectation from a handset/headset package. I also spoke to plantronics and gave them the same questions, some not answered (surprisingly), some researched and sure enough they came back with exactly what i wanted to hear without the prompting. When I got to the point that both Ligo, Panasonic and Plantronics were all saying teh same thing, I knew this was the package for my business use. Ligo have certainly out done themselves with some of the most prefessional and helpful service ever. Even at my initial enquiry stage of trying to locate such a package their email responses were very prompt and returned replies within 2 hours of me sending. I look hard to find companies that I can and will get on with, especially with the expectation of service for all other matter i required, I know for sure and without a doubt that i will return to Ligo again for all my telephony needs. If you bypass this company your missing out on a pleasent service.
