Good points Excellent sound quality and battery life for both the handset and headset. The hands free speaker is fantasic and the recipient of the call can not even tell you are on hands free.

Bad points Minor gripe! You appear to have to take the phone off the power base for the power saving features to turn off the screen back light. If you leave the phone on the charge unit (when it's not charging) the back light stays on and if it's in your bedroom makes a nice night-light!

Other thoughts

Ligo called me when I ordered the units because they did not have the headset in stock. Offered to hold the entire order or send them seperately so we'd have the new phones without delay. Very nice customer service, and very unusual - hence 10/10 purchasing experience.

Good points Great that the phone book can be transferred from one handset to another. Wireless headset is easy to set-up and works well - excellent sound quality.

Bad points Whilst phone numbers easily transfer from one phone to another the Categories don't seem to - or maybe I missed something in the user guide!

Other thoughts

A SIM card reader would be useful to save keying in lots of names and numbers!

Good points This is the first time I have ever deviated from having a BT 'phone,and I was pleasantly surprised. I found it easy to put in family numbers in the categories. Having PD the headset makes my life so much easier to chat and volume easy to adjust on them. Head set well worth money spent.

Bad points Still haven't worked out how to make answer phone louder to listen to messages through the base.

Other thoughts

I found customer service very helpful when I rang for advice before making purchase. Ordered around 10.15am one morning, delivered the following morning. Amazing and at no charge!!!!

Good points The headset is one of the best things I ever bought, being able to use both hands and talk on the phone at the same time is proving invaluable, both for work and leisure. The phones are stylish, and easy to set up too, even for a technophobe like me. Not the cheapest phones on the market but ultimately very worthwhile, everyone in the house is very pleased

Bad points I had to phone for help setting up the headset as the instructions supplied seemed to be in the wrong order. I also didn't realise that once set up I couldn't move the base unit without setting it up again, but that's probably just me being stupid . . .

Other thoughts

I payed via paypal, I don't know if this was the reason delivery took so long, two weeks in fact. I had to email an enquiry before being told the phone was out of stock, whereas the website stated it was. It seemed like the order was overlooked because I payed by an unconventional method and 'out of stock' was an excuse to cover the oversight. This may not be the case, it was just the impression I got.
