Our company needed to expand our PBX system and we chose this bundle. We gave this bundle to the blokes in the warehouse yesterday (it arrived from ligo in just two days!) and they’re all singing its praises. The particularly like the Plantronics headset, it’s easy to secure on one’s person and they use it to give real-time updates whilst taking inventory. Signal gets choppy towards the back end of the warehouse, however, within the 100m range. I guess the shelving interferes with the signal. The Panasonic phones are great, and they like that the base station can itself operate as another unit—it’s like having 2 cordless and one regular phone. I don’t understand though why the handset that comes with the base unit has a coloured display while the additional handset has just a dot-matrix display.
