Terrific package that is easy to set up. It may seem expensive but the wireless headset is top quality and worth every penny. Until you've used such a headset you may have doubts about how worthwhile it is. If you ever multi task whilst on the phone this is a must. The package does everything you could want with the only minor disappointment being that the audible caller id only works with the smaller (20 number) phonebook. This feature may seem like a gimic but in our busy household it's incredibly useful.

Have struggled for some time with my old telephone system both around the house i.e. no structured address system, no integrated answering system and coupled with my new telephone job interview role (on line one hour plus at a time with resulting ear ache). The Panasonic KXTCD 820 Twin with GN 9120 dect wireless headset represents a step change for both my company and home communications system and to a large extent aligns hard wire with mobile functionality -well done I recommend this package.

Truly a product that DOES the job. Critically, no interference issues and good sound quality. Features provide excellent flexibility of use although I've yet to use USB for Outlook contacts to be ported over.

Always a downside; I believe this product is now discontinued, probably because it 'ticks all the boxes'!! Thanks to the excellent support and staff at Ligo at least they had the product. BTW the battery life is superb; useful if like me you tend to knatter a lot!! - Thanks Ligo, my second order, and you came up trumps!!!
