A simple, high quality solution

I bought these phones to replace an aging set of Binatone DECT phones I had. I decided to go for Panasonic as I tend to buy their brand and, although I realise these are a bit on the expensive side, I am really pleased I spent the extra money. These phones are feature-packed, but still very easy to set-up and use. The answerphone system is easy to use, and can be accessed from any handset as well as the base. The speakerphone system works well with callers being able to hear me clearly even when the phone is away from me (on the coffee table, for instance). The phone book is easy to use and then it is straightforward to copy the phonebook from one phone to all the others. Add to this the caller ID, calls made list and call screening facility and you've got a great set of phones.

I would have no hesitation in recommending Ligo to anyone. I ordered a Panasonic Dect Phone set and within 36 hours it was delivered. The transaction was floorless and I am very happy with the level of service provided. I would also highly recommend the Panasonic KX-TG 7123 Trio DECT Phone set. It looks great, is easy to use and is crystal clear. I have had two other dect phone set in the past, neither have lasted and neither lived up to their claim of clarity. This set is superb and I believe you will truly notice the difference. Buy with confidence. A great product supplied by an excellent company.

Worth the money!

I already had a Panasonic phone system for my 4 level town house and have had great luck with it. I chose this mainly based on the fact that it came in a set of 2 (or 3 or 4 if I had wanted) plus it had a free hands-free earpiece. Since I am using this for my home office, being able to walk around while I do sales meetings is a big plus for me. I would recommend this to anyone who has one phone jack in the house but need phones in different rooms/levels/etc.

The phone works great - the sound quality, ease of use, all of it are wonderful. My only complaint about the phone is you can't pick-up the second handset if you are using the other one. So if you are on the phone and someone else in your house wants to join the conversation, you have to conference them in or transfer the call to them, which requires pushing several buttons and can sometimes result in losing the caller.

Excellent kit for small business. Easy to set up, use and programme phone book. Slight difficulty registering wireless headset with base unit (prompt and friendly advice available via Helpline) but once set up it gives clear 'crackle' free transmission and reception. Easy to transfer call to headset when using keypad on handset.

I had very good advice Ligo & the service was prompt. In the short time I've had a chance to use these phones (business from home) they have performed faultlessly. The menus are easy to navigate & more importantly, are well designed & well thought out. I chose the wireless headset bundle which turned out to be an excellent purchase - total hands free operation allowing both hands to navigate a computer key board. I also like the facility to access & control the answer machine from any handset.

The only issue I have with the phone system plus headset is the matter of transferring calls from one headset to another once one has made a call. Each of the three headsets (I am referring to the two phones and the Plantronics headset as headsets) has been assigned a number and it is not clear which number a given headset has, hence transfer is made more difficult than it needs to be. Another issue that is not crystal clear is how to transfer information from one Panasonic phone to the other. That said, they work perfectly.

V good purchase. Bought for my reception area where i already had a DECT panasonic with a corded headset; the clarity was not so good. I also purchased an additional headset. My staff love it and it was relatively easy to set up although the making of a call is a bit of a fiddle whereas answering is a breeze. I should also mention that i phoned LiGo helpdesk for advice and

I do love this phone. Previous types of cordless phone I have had have meant having to spend ages manually typing in numbers on both handsets. With this one, you can simply copy settings between handsets at the touch of a couple of buttons. Fantastic! Answering machine includes coded remote access, which works like a charm. All in all, very easy to use.

I have been using cordless phones for years and I am so glad that someone at Ligo recommended these particular phones. The battery life is excellent so it does not need continually charging back on the handset. I have taken the phone with me when I have been next door in my neighbour`s house and the reception is perfect, no different that if I were at home. This Panasonic is easily the best cordless phone I have ever had.

My new Panasonic KX-TG7123 phone is the best I have had ,very easy to set up and no hidden problems. I would highly recommend this phone if you are looking for a new phone system. Many thanks to Ligo for their marvellous service, I had the phone delivered in just over 24 hours after ordering.

I did have difficulty in registering the various phones to the base BUT the Panasonic help line was superb. I was taken through the process whilst I was on mobile phone. I was impressed with the courteous help Phones are working well

I read the reviews lauding the phone barely a month ago. Here I find myself doing the same. The pictures don't actually the phone justice as they are much snazier in real life. Easy to follow instructions. The speaker phone's quality of sound is perhaps the best bit very clear and crisp. A safe, very safe buy.

I have gone with an iDECT phone in the past because it was slightly cheaper than the rest......now I know why!!!! I upgraded to this phone and dont regret it one bit. the clarity of sound is excellent. It is user friendly and extremely easy to set up. Dont be fooled by the cheap price - this is a great package.

Best phone system we have purchased over the years. Sound quality excellent and the answer-phone audio is as good as it gets. Instructions are comprehensive but need to be patient unless you are 'techie'. Will buy two more handsets for a 'full house' as its that good. The Ligo service is First class too.

There IS NO contest !!! I have had several sets of cordless phones all of which were disappointing in several ways, particularly the BT ones. The Panasonic set is superb in all respects and would strongly recommend them to anyone who has had problems in the past. I ordered them from Ligo on the Friday. and they arrived at 8am Monday~~ Christmas Eve !!! Superb service , thank you very much.

I needed a four phone system. The Panasonic KX-TG 7124 Quad DECT seemed to meet my requirements and IiGo were offering it at a competitive price. The product arrived swiftly. It was actually a dual phone system with two extra handsets, but they were easy to set up and install. So far, they have worked perfectly.
