I have had this now for about 2 wks. I have had to send the base-unit back as the answerphone does not disengage after the caller leaving a message hangs up. (hence only the 4/5 stars). Apart from that, wonderful.. The headset works a charm and is crystal clear, as was the handset (gone back with the base unit). I really cant wait for the unit to come back as it was perfect clarity with the voice signals. I was hoping for better with the bluetooth, but the software you download is good for the job of transfering contacts from outlook etc.. My only other gripe is the ammount of memory on the phone itself. But hey, its a cordless phone not a mobile phone, so no big issue there either.. It does the job perfectly (apart from the answerphone part [may just be the one that I had though]).
