Rubbish, don't know why I went back to BT. Poor plasticky construction, poor reception, poor battery life. Am replacing after barely a year. Colincat

Really bad phone. Do not buy wish I could still take them back, but out every time I'm on the phone or just as I hang up. STAY AWAY VERY POOR, won't trust BT phones again! :-( JiMBo

Nice looking phones, but they cut out in the middle of conversations on a regular basis. I thought it was the service provider's fault until I read reviews of this happening to others. The battery dies out far too quickly when not on the charging base, & one phone has lost all the info in the display window. Only had it a year ... not good! urania

I thought it was the batteries (which you can't buy anywhere either as they are non-standard) but reading the other reviews, I realise it's just a rubbish phone as all the above comments apply to mine too. NickP

All the reviews rubbishing these phones are RUBBISH. We have had our three phone set for nearly three years and they have given us really good service. Batteries no problem - any Nickel Hydride AAA will do. I'm no fan of BT but these phones are attractive and user-friendly. ChrisC

We have four of these BT cordless phones and they all cut out in the middle of calls, very annoying. They are Rubbish!( even after replacing with improved AAA NI-MH Batteries)

Bought one 'cos of the funky look, backlight gave up after a week, replacement gave up altogether after 15 months! woeful! very dissapointed!
