Excellent service from placing the order to a very prompt receipt and keen price. I found the BT Diverse 5350 visually to be very neat and compact for a piece of equipment with many functions. I know nothing about setting up the phone as I find any instructions whether they be for a dvd player, PC or anything else only fully understandable by the person who wrote the document, however, my daughter was able to programme in all the numbers and set the phone up etc, she said it was easy.
