Great product - It was a late Christmas present for my husband who is not very technically minded. Lovely phone..... Simple to set up. Simple to play back messages and delete old ones etc. Better than our old Binatone twin which only lasted about a year and the screen faded! I highly recommend the service because I was kept informed at all times the status of my order. When I ordered the Trio, only the base set was available. but I was informed that my chosen phone was out of stock and I could either wait, choose other compatable ( choice was given) handsets for my base set ( at no extra cost to myself) or cancel my order. My choice was 2 compatable handsets ( which were virtually identical infact). Service was brilliant. I would certainly recommend Ligo as a company to all my friends and customers. I shall be back.
