Had a BT cordless phone before which was awkward to hold and the caller's voice was quiet. This philips phone is much better - the call quality is excellent and it's really easy to set up and use. Much happier! Judgej

This phone stopped working properly a few months after buying it. It goes dead during calls and shows a message when there isn't one. Cheap, and it shows!
