This is a good HAC telephone. I live with my grandmother who uses a hearing aid and she says this telephone is a marked improvement in comparison to her previous cordless telephone, especially with regards to sound quality. The battery life is great, it lasts longer than even my more expensive handset from a premium brand. My only qualm about this phone is the number of minutes recordable in the answer phone feature. 15 minutes is far too little for an answer phone!
