Piece of junk, have tolorated for six months have now had enough. reception terrible, interferance all the time through handset. Use for business, messages recieved very difficult to understand due to the crackling noise present at all times from the phone. Have 3 differant lines available, BT & Telewest, phone very poor on all. Replacing with Panisonic KCTCD 340 as reviews souund ok. lady

I have now had two of these phones and would not have another thrown at me, reception terrible,volume very low and after a while it started answering by itself and even turning itself off. RUBBISH Man

I think I know what's wrong with these. Me too experienced all the problems people described. Got fed up after a few weeks and put it away for nearly two years. Then my nephew wanted to try it out for his flat. Batteries were hardly holding charge so got some new Energizers. Now it works perfectly; well worthy of a BT product. Quality of the batteries are important; cos they are part of the circuit. gta

I have found it to be a good phone over the last 3 years still useing.
