I've had dozens of similar units over the years. This one is the best.

....anyone can! Clearly legible screen. Setting up the phonebook and One Touch Dial is as easy as a mobile phone. Good choice of ringtones and even the godsend of an Alarm feature. Very usable phone, easy to get used to. Volume levels for handset earpiece and loudspeaker excellent.

Looks good, sounds good, easy to set up, easy to use and got all the features you're going to need. If you don't want to spend more than £50 or so (and quite frankly there isn't much point) then buy this phone, if you want to spend more than £50 then buy this phone and send me the excess!

I bought this good value-for-money item to replace an existing answerphone. I am more than satisfied. Packaging, setting-up and instructions are superb. I particularly like the clarity of reception and the ability to listen to recorded messages through the handset. I also like that the handset has all the appearance of a mobile phone. The various features are easily accessed via the handset and the 200-number memory is more than adequate. Finally the ability to use more than one handset from the base unit will prove useful in the future. I anticipate replacing my 3 home phones with extra handsets thus reducing the demand on my phone line.
