had to wait for the phone to be released by magic box but it was worth the wait this phone has got to be the best looking and easy to use phone on the market the black glass like finish looks great and its nice when it all lights up when you receive calls the phone lights up also when using it .

The phone looks great.

However, when you try to record a personalised outgoing answer message, it is incredibly muffled.

I have tried recording the message into both the machine directly and by dialling in. However, whichever way it is done, it always seems very muffled.

This is so disappointing. Looks great but poor functionality.

I just bought this very nice and good looking phone, it has a very nice design, black e smooth it's a unique piece.
But i m very disappointed about the sound, very unclear and muffled

The manual wasn't as easy to follow as I'd expected but the actual 'phone is superb! The official description is spot-on. It's easy to use, navigate and takes up minimal space. Very impressed and would definitely recommend.

The kit looks fantastic. It has to be the best looking phonenon the market, especially when all lit up.

However, when you record a personalised outgoing message, it sounds very muffled and unclear to callers. I have tried recording the message both into the answermachine and via dialling in as instructed but the result is the same. Very disappointing.

The best looking answer phone that i could find on the market, hence the purchase. Ringing tone/volume difficult to hear if in an upstairs bedroom. The touch pad seemed a great ideal but it is easy to mis-dial a number. I had to wait some time for this company to get the phone, but to their great credit, they were polite and responded in person rather than a bland statement from a bank of responses and therefore kept my custom.
