I had this phone for less than a week before I returned it. There were many bad points about this phone so I'll list them:

* Poor sound quality
* Lightweight cheap telephone
* Very cheap, plasticy and lightweight answermachine base
* Extremely muffled and unclear message playback
* Quite confusing to operate (I'm no technophobe)
* Poor display which only lights up when you use the keypad. I often need to see who has phoned so I had to start playing around with it just to light up the screen

There is a good point though, the buttons are very nice to press!

For the price it is, this gives very little value for money and I cannot believe that Unity think they can get away with it!
