At last a decent phone
Geetu Bharwaney
I was initially nervous about buying another Panasonic phone but I discovered that there is the high street range (which I bought previously) and this professional range. This phone is excellent. I have enough knowledge of Panasonics to use the menus but the voice quality is far superior. It is worth buying a phone that is top of the range rather than the cheaper equivalents. The customer service from Ligo (Sam was the person who took my call) was exceptional. The phone arrived the next day and was very easy to set up. Thank you.

Best handset around
Ruud
I was looking for a new cordless phone to work from home and not being tied to my desk. After having tried several handsets the Panasonic came out as the best solution. As well as with external headset as with the handset the sound quality is suburb. The only minor is the handsfree which is compared to head/hand-set of a lesser quality. Keyboard is robust with clear keys. Set-up is simple and easy to go through without a manual

Another great phone from Panasonic
Anonymous
I previously owned a Panasonic KX-TCD735EM, which was a very good phone; so when I needed another phone I automately thought of another Panasonic. After considering other brands I bought this phone, which was also recommended by Which? I have now been using it for a number of months and I can certainly recommend it. It is everything one would expect from Panasonic. I have found it very user friendly, excellent design, and comfortable to use. Further I would add that have found Ligo very efficent with an excellent after sales. this was the first time I had used them and I would certainly used them again.

At Last!!!
Mr. Jeremy Gough
Truly a product that DOES the job. Critically, no interference issues and good sound quality. Features provide excellent flexibility of use although I've yet to use USB for Outlook contacts to be ported over. Always a downside; I believe this product is now discontinued, probably because it 'ticks all the boxes'!! Thanks to the excellent support and staff at Ligo at least they had the product. BTW the battery life is superb; useful if like me you tend to knatter a lot!! - Thanks Ligo, my second order, and you came up trumps!!!

Panasonic KXTCD 820 ES Colour Screen DECT
Mr. Peter Glenister
I 1st bought this phone last August when it was on sale in Argos (£95?). My home was flooded in July and the phone was swamped. I wished to replace it but could find nothing to better this model. The main feature I was looking for was a USB port so I could replace my phone book of >160 entries. Try retyping that lot, especially if you haven't got a backup paper copy!!! (and even if you have...). Apart from that, it's a great phone anyway. Get one, you won't regret it. Peter Glenister, Oxfordshire

So far-so good

Good phone with plenty of features. My main reason for buying is that you can call bar the pre-fixes of any numbers you don't want dialled from your phone and going on your bill.I also like the way you can programme the phone to announce callers so you havn't got to rush to answer if your hands are full. All the Panasonic products I've had in the past have been reliable so I'm expecting this phone to be the same.

Maybe best cordless phone on market
Anonymous
Buying a cordless phone and not using it either in headset or bluetooth form is a bit like buying a colour TV and watching it in black and white. That said - and the market for useable cordless phones thus being reduced to about four - there is no doubt that the Panasonic 820 is a great product. The headset works perfectly through a standard audio jack and it's good to see Panasonic using their F1 sponsorship to good effect. Pictures of Jarno Trulli abound on the packaging and the screen.

Yeah, I was just about to say that too, the pre-installed voice is a bit annoying. LOL Still, this is an excellent choice for just about anyone who wants to upgrade to a cordless phone. It’s got nice features going for it: good sound quality, colour screen, call logs.

It's a brilliant cordless phone. It's very good looking, big screen and tall handset, very good speakers, digital clear sound, all features like mobile i.e. phone book, incoming and outgoing call logs, can download pictures and tunes from PC. It enhance your in house look and you, will love it, once you see it, you can't go for another phone.

Best Digital Cordless
Mr. Peter Turner
This phone is excellent. It is remarkably simple to get going with it, particularely with the aid of the supplied software to populate your address book. Once up and running the clarity is second to none. I would recommend this to anyone considering a new cordless or an upgrade.

Up to expectations

It lives up to expectations though I find the voice of the voicemail service irritating. |
