I ordered this phone on behalf of my Mum as I already have one of these myself in white (hers is in silver). The phone itself is worth about £70 so to get it for half that amount, including postage was brilliant, as I know it is a very good telephone. Mum does not store numbers on it but she does find it easy to use, the buttons are intuitive and I have told her to delete messages on the ansaphone after she has heard them as it only stores 12 minutes of speech on it, which is plenty! On our phone we have Caller Display on it which is brilliant as you can ignore calls which you know are dodgy just by looking at the display on the phone. The handset is quite comfy to use and the buttons are easy to see without being too big. I reckon the sound quality from Mum's new phone is better than her previous BT phone, which she has had for a while. She said the rings aren't loud enough but since telling her to turn the volume up I think that problem has now been eradicated.

Display figures on the handset could be inproved but you get used to them otherwise a good value buy for the price.

This phone performs well, but the clarity of the display is not quite as good as more expensive phones. Both the text and numbers are rather spidery looking and have gaps in them, much like the early digital watches, although when you get used to them they are legible - just not really solid and easy to read.
As often the case - in this world you rarely get 'better than expected' performance etc. But I am not too disappointed, and will not be rushing out to get a more expensive phone.
