Should you not wish to be disturbed at certain times of day, simply program the time-based call silencing function. Silence unknown numbers or block specific numbers you don’t want to hear from for additional peace of mind. Not at home but still need to pick up calls and messages? No problem – simply forward incoming calls and texts to your mobile or another contact number. 

 

Features you adjust
The Gigaset S820A lets you adjust settings to suit your needs. Quick Sync and Bluetooth® technology allow you to synchronize information between the phone and, for instance, your Outlook files. Give your contacts individual ringtones and picture IDs by easily downloading sounds and pictures. With up to 500 vCard entries, you can maintain an extensive contact list – each entry provides space for up to 4 numbers.

 

Your life organized
The Gigaset S820A’s lists of recent outgoing, incoming and missed numbers let you quickly and easily resume conversations you had in the past with just one touch on the display. Use the phone’s built-in calendar, date reminder and alarm clock with a snooze button to ensure you are where you’re meant to be on time. The birthday reminder allows you to program contacts’ birthdates so you never forget their special days.

ECO DECT: Pure energy savings

The energy-saving power supply of the Gigaset S820A consumes less electricity, so it’s kinder to the environment, and kinder to your wallet. Like all Gigaset cordless phones, it variably reduces the transmitting power from the handset to base station depending on their distance apart. You can also reduce the transmitting power of the Gigaset S820A’s base station by 80% simply by selecting the ECO Mode. Furthermore, radiation-free ECO Mode Plus turns off the transmitting power when the phone is in standby.
