I like the way the buttons stand out from the phone- making them easy to push, and the scroller button is a useful addition. I like the colour screen, but navigating through the menu is not as easy as it could be- for example, in the phonebook, there is no 'Back' option, like there usually is on a mobile phone menu, so you have to just press the red button and go all the way back to the start, which can get pretty annoying when sorting out your phone numbers. The facility of being able to transfer your numbers from your mobile phone is very useful and very easy to use once you've figured it out, as the instruction manual doesn't actually make it clear that the SIM card slot is on the bottom of the base station. The earpiece volume is not loud enough, so I just use the speakerphone instead, which is useful when waiting in an half-hour long queue to get through to BT (you don't get a sore arm from holding the phone). The intruction manual is difficult to understand due to the fact that the writers native language is not English and they need a few grammar lessons. Also, remember you can't get a signal if the electricity goes down, so better have an analogue phone to switch with just in case of an emergency. A nifty little phone, pleased with it in general.
