The BT Elements phone is certainly durable, easy to operate, and gives a good range far better than the usual household DECT phones. We live in an old farmhouse with thick stone walls but with the antenna box in the right place the phone can travel around the house and maintain signal, which is exactly what we need. The hands-free feature is great, so we can talk and work at the same time. Being able to program numbers and scroll through the list on the screen to call is a perfect timesaver.
