I have used numerous BT Diverse phones before that have all had very good performence and audio qualities so I decided to purchase this model as it was very user friendly. Not many DECt phones are . As an experienced radio engineer when I set the phone up audio reports from other engineers about my phone from them were not complementary to say the least .I have now returned the phone and deciding which phone to buy next . The previous versions of the Diverese range were made by Siemens the new range may be made by another manufacturer

The BT DIVERSE 6410 is a very good quality phone packed with many features.which include a CD-rom from which you can download your own wallpapers and ringtones,that is the main reason i bought the phone.The phone is nicely built with good clarity,also the LCD screen is a nice size.Overall this phone is excellent and would recommend it to anybody because it's like using your mobile phone as your home phone.SUPERB.

Bad points Not platform-neutral - should be capable of programming with Mac OS and Linux as well as Windows
