Good points Neat and easy to use.

Bad points The tag which you have to pull to activate the batteries actually broke therefore initially the phone did not work. Suggest either stronger plastic or remove the battery case.

Very good service - prompt and plenty of service feedback if things went wrong.

Good points Very easy to set up and use; nice big numbers; clear face - good for people with not so great vision

Bad points it's quite big and you don't get that from the picture on the website; the up and down buttons on the side sometimes get in the way and you accidentally press them so you get beeps when you're talking; once I accidentally muted it and I still haven't figured out how I did it!

It's a good phone for the price
