BT FREESTYLE 6300 REVIEW
Please help others like you with just one click! Just click 'yes' or 'no' to indicate if a review you read was helpful. This information is invaluable to us. very pleased with my new phone, caller display feature is excellent, allows you to ignore unsolicited phone calls.
Regards Mr. STEPHEN DEVINE My father (aged 85) recently had a stroke which left him nearly blind. I thought this phone, with its large buttons, would assist him with his handycap and ordered it just before Christmas. Even with the Christmas rush it arrived 3 days after order. Thanks very much.
Regards Chris I suffer from hearing loss and was looking for a cordless phone with good amplification of incoming sound. The choice available is limited to this and a Geemarc phone. The latter supposed to give quite a lot more amplification but it is a more expensive and not hearing aid compatible. The 6300 is easy to use and for medium hearing loss is adequate.
Regards Mr. G J Fisher I would like to let you know how pleased I was with the prompt delivery of my purchase - I am extremely happy with the product.
Once again, many thanks for all your assistance. Regards Marsha My parents wanted a cordless, no nonsense phone and this is exactly what they got! It's easy to use with large buttons on the phone set AND the station (which sold my parents) and a large screen.
Excellent no-frills phone. Regards sj WHY OH WHY HASN'T IT GOT AN ANSWER PHONE. OTHERWISE A GOOD BIT OF KIT, COMBINES WELL WITH THE 6100'S
Regards pete Very nice phone,
Buttons on the phone its self are huge but it makes for easy reading. Only annoying thing as posted before is the fact you can't take calls from the hand set if dialed via hands free. Regards Mr. Adam Clark The Bt 6300 Freestyle is a good phone and serves it's purpose well, however there are certain frustrating limitations which I was not aware of? such as you can dial from the base terminal (as you would handsfree on a corded phone) but once answered you cannot then take the call from the handset, but instead you must speak handsfree only. Also the base terminal has 100 speed dials totally separate from the handset which is a bit of a pain but you are able to copy these across to the handset manually.
Otherwise it is a good piece of kit and worth the money as the quality and clarity of speech is excellent as well as some of the other features offered.
