I had extreme difficulty in obtaining Idect X1 rechargeable batteries when one of 3 phones would not retain a sufficient charge to make a family call. The retailer sent me to a national electronics shop to obtain them: No luck. Then

Not an easy item to track down, as Tesco where the iDect phone was bought do not keep these non-standard batteries and none of the usual High Street battery suppliers I tried have them either. Thanks Ligo!

I spent days trawling the internet and stores looking for a battery sized 2/3 AAA - which is what it ays on the side of the battery. Eventually I was given your companies websie address by a member of staff at Tesco Electrical. You may sell more if you refer to the battery as 2/3AAA instead of iDect x1

These 2/3 length AAA rechargeable batteries for iDect cordless phones are hard to find. The originals by the same maker did not last too well, so replacements are essential. Perhaps these will last longer.

I am very pleased with the 2/3 size batteries that were supplied, they charged up well and are in constant use.
