Brilliant value for money very clear sound. easy set up. good styling. call barring good idea with having children.if i got any compliants really its only about the ring tones could be better or even downloadable. Brilliant phone all round otherwise. Also like the idea of being able to add other handsets to. BRILL phone.

I have to say the Binatone Idect 6.0 is the worst piece of junk I have ever owned. After having it for only a couple of months it just stopped working, (lost it's registration with the base) I tried repeatedly to re-register it but no way. Then I contacted the assistance site for help,,I was told in rude terms to take it back to where I purchased it. Definitely the worst service I have ever received from ANY company. I would not recommend Binatone to anyone, either for quality or service. Good luck if you have anything from binatone.

I purchased this phone just over a year ago based on its sleek design and - followed all the user instructions but it kept cutting during conversation. Contacted Binatone who said I must be pressing buttons during a call which is a joke. Now I can't wait to change them. Cuts out at least twice during a short call and battery life is now limited to 20 mins max. I would never recommend anyone tp buy this phone, Biatone were just not interested.

Just over 1 year has gone and all three handsets are playing up. Firstly, its impossible to get through to Customer Service, but if you're lucky enough to do so, don't expect a satisfactory reponse. Managed to get 1 set of batteries out of them for free, but that was only after speaking the CS Manager... but what may I suppose to do with the other two handsets!!

Backing up the poor comments on aftermarket servce and quality , one of our phones ceased working about a month or so after the guarantee expired. Binatone were not in the least bit interested. Of course, with one set broken, that;s the other phone effectively out of commission as well. I'll not be replacing this with either iDect or Binatone.

Bought 4 of these less than a year ago - what a mistake that was. We do not get anything like the range specified and now it seems that the batteries are not holding a charge. When the phone rings and we try to pick up the base unit keeps on ringing but the handset gives no response. As a result we have missed several important calls. The iDect helpline was less than useless and I was spoken to as if I were a two year old. Condescending in the extreme. The only suggestion was to send back the batteries for testing. To add insult to injury the helpline operator told me to send back the batteries for testing but there is nowhere locally that will supply replacements so if I do this I will be without phones. I would caution anyone against buying these phones but I understand thay have been discontinued in any case. I wonder why???

easily the worst buy of the last year.....its constant malfunctions and faults are too numberous to mention....in a word..JUNK

these phones are total rubbish, ive had a pair for one month, they both cut off the call afetr a few minutes. Ive tried calling customer service but to no avail, total rubbish. Well recommended for the recycle bin.
