These phones are great. Very much like the previous Panasonic dect phones we had except they have a colour screen. Even the voice used to announce how many messages you have etc is the same! I only have two minor points to raise but these wouldn't stop me buying the phones again if I had to. Fisrtly, I hadn't realised that the set of phones was just a standard set and that ligo were simply adding in another manufacturers range extender which isn't made very clear on the site. This is not a major problem but there was a discrepancy in the setup instructions of the supplied range extender and the instructions within the Panasonic user manual for using their own range extender. Secondly, I don't find the display on this phone as clear when there is a message waiting for you. The old phone said in words '2 messages' whereas this one just puts a small icon on the screen with a number next to it. As I said, not a major issue but worthy of mention.
Delivery of the phones was excellent as they came the next day. Price was also the best I could find and Quidco too!

Clean lines, intuitive set-up, easy to use

Good points Generally easy to use without having to refer to user manual. Good range - still clear even at end of garden.

Bad points The button to answer a call does not light up (the number buttons do) which is a pain at night in the dark (i.e. when on call) to try and answer a call.

Good points The range is brilliant on these phones, can take them up the garden with no problem. So easy to use

Bad points quite chunky would be nicer more slimline

Good points I ordered this at 2.00pm Wednesday and the delivery was made the following day at 8.15am. All arrived 100% OK. I charged the units up as the instructions stated for 6 hours and placed the base and other handsets where I wanted them. Not one problem was experianced at all and the coverage without the extender is quite good enough. Adding it made a heck of a difference. My old Synergy setup was not 100% around the house and gardens but this setup is great.

Bad points I honestly can't say I have found any bad points yet.

Other thoughts

All four phones came set up and worked out of the box. This is the first time I have used Ligo but I suspect it will not be the last. THANKS.

Speed of delivery was great - who needs the shops!!

Good points Good functionality & easy set-up. I had it up & running in minutes. Love the ability to use the answer-phone from the handsets not just at the base station.

Bad points The instructions were a little poor on setting up the repeater. You need to turn on the phone in the handset settings to make it work, don't follow the repeaters instructions first.
