Nice looking phone, and lots of good features, including a large phone book, and easy to transfer entries between the two handsets. very simple directory, nice big keypad, colour screen is good. Nice to be able to hear the answerphone through the handset (not just at the base unit) when screening calls. Couple of negatives: not very loud and as its very shiny is difficult to hold between head and shoulder...keeps slipping out! The RTX repeater needs to be set up right next to the base unit, and THEN positioned in its final resting place. I tried to set it up further away (though still had good signal for the handset) and got very frustrated! then tried it next to the base unit and it worked first time.

I just could not believe how easy these phones were to set up. Normally I would just hand the phone over with instructions to my teenager son saying. 'Sam, just give me the basic instructons on how to use this phone'. This time, once the phone was charged it took me just five minutes to have the phones set up and running.

Good points Stylish 'phone that's easy to use. Long range booster first class.

Bad points Long range booster took a while to set up mainly due to a slight ambiguity in the instructions; read them very carefully in conjunction with the 'phone's instructions. Easy once you get it right!

Other thoughts

We use this phone in a workshop and it might have been an advantage if the ringer would have gone a bit louder; no problem in the office though.

Excellent phones, phone appears to work beyond its recommended range, clear and easy to use, the only negative is that you cant transfer numbers from a sim card to its memory, otherwise superb.
