Good points This phone works in our old rambling stone built property.
With two handsets and two repeaters we have coverage of the entire main building and to a wooden addition 60 yards away.
It acts as an intercomm between the two handsets, the answer machine works, it has a hands free function and the soun is good.
What more can I say?

Bad points Two handsets and two repeaters will set you back about £300 but hey, the thing works!

Other thoughts

I have tried three different BT digital cordless phones now - none of them would work as far as one room away from the base unit. The Panasonic KX TG 8424 which I bought by accident on the recommendation from Panasonic who gave me misleading info was no better even though it had good reports from WHICH? as well!
Have been using an old Binatone analogue which worked seemingly because analogue signals are lower frequency - but lacked any added features.
