Good points
We all loved the looks and styling of this one - beautiful and tactile.
The handset feels great, and the buttons are easy to use. Love the simple inverse display. Great base station. Bad points Audio quality way to hissy. Couldn't put up with that. Real shame as otherwise this phone would have been a definite keeper. Grandy

had 2 of these now ... both hissed when no one spoke. My old handset on same line didn't. I think the ear piece is somehow picking up the mic to. When i talk i hear the first letter of each word i say. Both handsets did this to. Fred

In reply to bert If you hear yourself its normally the same as with mobiles that is the earpiece volume is turned up too high. Hope this helps jazz

Never buy these phones, I went out and got three. they never charge, changed the batterys twice but still the same Precious

This phone looks the business but unfortunatly the caller ID doesnt work, this is a common problem with this phone as I found out after numerous calls to BT and searching online for help :( Jon

1 handset died after 2 months. Replacement won't pair to base. 2nd handset crackled and died 12 months later. Poor sound quality. Looks nice but I don't need another ornament. Just a reliable phone. Aldub

We have these in an office and workshop and have been the most reliable set on phones we had had for years. We normally get a year or so from phones as they get abused but these are still going strong. Cant fault them for the price.

Good points
gorgeous design, very contemporary, nice to handle, excellent menu and very easy to use, and especially liked the feature of copying names to different handsets.
Bad points The ring tones are not very loud, and poor choice of melodies but the base ringer is loud so that sort of makes up for it, as I usually hear that before the melodies. Aslight hiss in the back ground when you are talking on the phone but hardly noticeable. Other thoughts Bt, please can we have louder ring tones but other than that superb phone and very smart looking. I would recommend to all. Mr. Blue

Form and function? Design is wonderful but falls down when it comes to sound quality. Volume and ringtone could be louder and background cracking has steadily gotten worse, to the point I'm thinking of replacing it. Yes with a different make.
