The Sound quality was so bad I started using my old phone again. The feel of buttons when pressed is not good. I was decived by it's looks. Do not recommend it.

Good points
Nice stylish phone
Bad points Always seems to be charging, not sure if the battery life is poor or if the display just shows that the phone is charging whenever you put it in the cradle. Other thoughts It would be nice to have a 'group' handsets function. example, if changing the ringtone on one handset I could set it for all at the same time instead of running round the house changing each individually or more useful, a group phonebook. Have to put the phonebook into each handset manually, a little labourious nat

You do not have to add the phone book for each phone there is a facility to copy over. My only complaint would be that I wish the phone did not contstantly charge wish the flashing would stop when the battery is charged
