Good points
Great for the occasional family call from a distant relative. Functions well and works up to 10m through a couple of walls. Hardly any setup needed, they came registered to the base. Comfortable handset.
Bad points Can't share phonebook between all handsets, but this is a preference. Would be great to have the option tho. Clunky design and I daren't leave it off charge for fear of loosing the battery - it lasted under 6 hours undocked (after overnight charge). Other thoughts All in all, if you don't want to spend a lot on a handy conference phone and handsets that do what they say on the tin then I'd recommend it. Bought it and it arrived promptly.

Good points
Handset easy to use and the sound is clear.
Bad points The twin set comes as a phone and conf phone pack with the second phone separate. This causes confusion when setting up and took a while to work out. We ended up phoning the idect helpline who sorted out our problem instantly. Other thoughts The helpline is a great help!
