I bought these phones a few weeks ago and have been very impressed with them. The hardest part is getting them out of the box and waiting 7 hours for them to charge up! Although sold as a set they appeared as a single with four extra handsets, so these had to be registered. I made a mistake with the first one but after that it was all plain sailing and they were all set up very quickly. There are some useful features, so I was able to copy my Outlook address book to one phone and then from there copy it to all the others which saved a lot of tedious data entry. It is also useful to be able to name the handsets so calls are easier to transfer - you don't have to remember the handset numbers. They are very easy to use without having to keep referring to the handbook and they look and feel good with very good sound and audible loudspeakers on each handset. You recommended that I buy these rather than the cheaper ones I was going for and I'm glad I was persuaded - they are worth it. I haven't used all the features yet and probably never will, but they are infinitely better than our old BT ones which had failed one by one.
