It is easy to use with a good, clear screen. It comes with all the features we need - we phone Canada regularly, using the loudspeaker so that we can all hear. This is very clear, not only to us, but to the person at the receiving end too. Messages on the answerphone are very clear too. The phone is very lightweight and I like the fact that the keypad locks, as I carry the phone outside with me while gardening. Transferring calls to each other from downstairs to upstairs is very easy and so useful. All in all we are very pleased with the phones.
