This was bought in a hurry as our old twin cordless had developed faults on both handsets. It features a number of improvements on over our previous phones. Easy Menu structure, very clear in hands free mode, lots more space for phone numbers, and the ability to listen to answer messages remotely. The one thing it lacks over our previous phone, and hence I have only rated at 4 stars, is a belt clip, which was very handy for keeping the phone with you whilst working outside or around the house.
